PZL Sędziszów will take over the Czech company Böhm Plast-Technik

PZL Sędziszów S.A.,  plans to purchase a 69% stake in the Czech company Böhm Plast-Technik.

Following the trends in the automotive industry, we invest in the latest technologies. The acquisition of the Czech company Böhm Plast-Technik, planned by PZL Sędziszów, testifies to the company’s readiness for the upcoming market changes, especially in the context of the development of electromobility.
Acquiring the company Böhm Plast-Technik, which specializes, among others in the injection of technical parts for the automotive industry, our plant will gain access to the latest injection technologies – explains Adam Sikorski, President of the Management Board of PZL Sędziszów S.A.It is extremely important in the context of the development of electromobility, which forces the reduction of vehicle weight and greater use of plastics. In addition, thanks to this acquisition, we will be able to enter the Tier 1 market, ie suppliers of subassemblies installed directly.
In the planned transaction PZL Sędziszów sees the synergy effect and diversification of the production portfolio for the automotive industry.
This is a continuation of the strategy of building a strong capital group around PZL Sędziszów, which will soon play a significant role in the Automotive sector not only in Poland, but also on the international market – adds Adam Sikorski.
At present, the transaction is verified by official bodies in the Czech Republic. Its completion will take place after obtaining the consent of the Czech antimonopoly office.
